As a Flamenco dancer, María Cristina offers entertainment at a variety of events, from weddings to birthday parties and corporate events. She also provides 1-1 and small group tuition, which is accessible for all age groups. Why not have a go and learn in a fun environment?
Hailing from Madrid, Maria Cristina has been a Flamenco, Danza Española and Ballet dancer most of her life.
Whilst studying to be a teacher at University, she never gave up her love of dance and human movement and she pursued Latin Dance, Street Dance, Contemporary Dance, Jazz, Body Expression and Aerobics.
After moving to England to work as a Teacher, her passion for dance saw her continue to explore and develop Latin Dance, Ballet, Street Dance and Tap Dancing. While teaching in Primary school, she implemented dance into P.E. classes as well as offering Flamenco Dance classes and private events outside of school hours. It was this that made her realise that her real passion was for Flamenco and sharing this with others.
María Cristina has what we call in Spain "Salero" - Irrepressible zest that comes from her cultural roots.
